Dont worry guys i have not deserted you all.
I was really struggling to get back on track so decided that i needed some extra help. So i have now joined weight watchers. Havent done weight watchers for over 20 years so its changed lots and the leader tells me its to change again on the 1st december.
The depressing thing is that ive done it again. I have put on so much of the weight i worked so hard to lose at the start of the year!
Anyway this is my kick up th butt to myself, again!!!!!
