SUNDAY
Been a bit lazy, I do have housework done, dinners for today and tomorrow cooked, back at college tomorrow and lots of catching up to do.
Weather sunny but threat of rain all the time.
FOOD
Being ok with food, even though last nite it was hard not to eat after 9 pm, I did it,
TODAY
Up at 9am, weighed out 30grms of honey cereal, 1 1/2 Points, ate them dry, last longer and are sweeter.
11am, had 2 dry Toast, scrape of lightest Mayo 2 1/2 Points.
2.45pm, had left over stew, small bowl, pops/soup/2 tiny bits beef, I made this with a lot of chilli, 6 Points.
Still drinking lot of water, and had 2 cups of coffee.
Plans Going have get clothes/books/uniforms ready for week,
