JCMama, I don't make meat loaf very often but once in a while I get a craving for it and use my mum's old family recipe. My fav is the cold Meatloaf sandwich the next day...Yummy! I had a good long walk this morning before eating so I hoped that was ok. I'v been a little off on the tracking the last few weeks but am back at it today. I really need to get back to the YMCA pool. My body needs the pool!!!
