Hi Omar, sure, here it is:
1 cup oats
3-4 medium sized mushrooms
1 small onion
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black salt Kala Namak (a must!)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
salt/pepper
Place oats in the bowl, pour boiling water to cover oats (a bit above the level) and add spices, soy sauce and nutritional yeast, mix and set aside.
Fry onion on a bit of oil then add mushrooms and a bit of salt until soft.
Add oats mixture, fry a bit to combine, season to taste.
Enjoy!

Chestnut really recommend trying, however crazy scrambled oats might sound 😂
