I have never had sardines. Are they fishy? Have always wanted to try them but not if they are strong. Just curious 🙂

I like mine in mustard sauce. You can get them in cans with oil or water or tomato sauce or mustard sauce whatever you prefer. Or fresh at the fish market. I put mine on saltine crackers. They are not fishing. Very high in protein and Omega-3. Very healthy, low calorie, no carbs.
