25g of soyachunks(soaked) and 50g chicken breast coarsely chopped in food processor along with half boiled potato onion and coriander powder, green chilli and garlic.

Roasted on nonstick tawa with very little ghee...just enough to grease pan... Makes about 7-8 cutlets... Wholesome quantity
