I've been doing really well with eating right and exercising but this 2lb weight loss is from a really sore throat since last Wednesday eve and loss of appetite and sleeping more. I feel real thin and have to add...not totally disliking it. I do expect to put the 2 or 3 lbs. back that I've had before my cold but considering my winter weight is usually 120 to 124lbs. this is great!
