I have lost 13.6 lbs in the last 8 weeks! That is like 1.7 lbs/week!! How great is that? I was actually wearing my size 12 miniskirt over the weekend! wow. Daily weighing (when I am home) skews my perspective (not that I will stop...I am addicted :0) ). Glad I can go back and review what has really happened.
