Currently using Vince Gironda’s 10-8-6-15 routine for this eight week micro cycle. Then I’ll de-load and start a strength block for 12 weeks.

Vince’s layout is three upper and two lower per week. My lay out is

Monday- Lower
Tuesday- Upper
Wednesday- OFF
Thursday- Upper
Friday- Lower
Saturday- Upper
Sunday- OFF
