I had 2 lazy days this week which occurred yesterday and the day before yesterday. I decided to get off Danish Diet and continue living a healthy lifestyle by consuming 1000-1200 calories per day. I realize that this diet is no different than other diets-thanks to a fellow FS user. However, since I am consuming less sugar (I drink black coffee compared to my coffee from before 2 cream and 2 sugars), less salt (I carefully choose how to plan my meals and how I cook them), less carbs (I go for well-balance-healthy amounts of protein, carbs, and fat), and eat lesser portions (I produce my meals on smaller compared to the large plates from before-you know, the illusion of your portion sizes being smaller). I hope this journey will be a productive, and valuable one :) I'm gonna continue fighting!!
