One more pound down. Doesn't surprise me consider I have NO appetite. It's pouring rain right now, and it's kind of chilly in the house considering all the windows are open. My dad loves the fall air. Plus it helps with the heating/cooling costs.

Hopefully I'll muster up some energy to workout today. If not Taebo, maybe at least the standing ab's routine thing.

Blah.. I HATE being sick with anything.

*Update: It seems my appetite isn't as far gone as I thought it was.. But I don't care. I actually felt hungry, and I fed myself some wonderful homemade soup and open faced tuna sandwich for lunch, and I don't regret the bread at all. As for the exercise.. I'm just SO not up to it right now.
