So, I'm going back to basics tomorrow. I've calibrated the scales etc and I am going to record fat loss, muscle mass etc too.I have the function on the scales so I ought to use it. I've still been doing ok, just cba to record it all.Sometimes you need a break and when my scales seemed to fail me,I lost motivation to document it all. However, I've picked up my mind set again and will get on with recording etc from tomorrow and yes I know the scales are going to read different to before so I am ready for it to hit me.
