So i lowered my RDI from 1500 to 1400 calories. Lets see where that gets me. I didnt want to go drastic and cut it to 1200 seeing as my fridge would be scarfed empty!
The reason why i did this is because i seem to be bouncing between 164 lbs and 162 and back and back again even though im sticking to my diet and keeping my exercise calories 500 more that what i eat.
i weighed myself one day , and i was 162 and then the next day i was 164 then the next day again i was 163, then 162 and today im 164 again.. so apart from the total confusion, i have no idea what im doing wrong.
anyways, gonna eat 100 calories less and see what happens.
