4 more pounds. I hope it keeps coming off this easy...I'm not going to stop induction until all the weight is off. Then I will go to the other stages. I know you're only supposed to stay in for 2 weeks but...This is really working for me.

There is nothing wrong w/ staying in Induction longer than the two weeks, particularly if you have a significant amount of weight to lose. That being said - I wouldn't wait until you are at your goal weight to being the next stages. You may have to stay in Induction for 6 months, but eventually you will need to begin the process for finding what causes your body to slow down, stall out, or even gain. In the meantime... GREAT JOB!!

Thank you so much for the kind words. I need all the support I can get. How long would you recommend staying on induction?

Until you are at least 1/2 way to your goal weight. Then - I would start to 'think about it'. Keep up the good work!

I've been on 20 carbs a day since January. I just upped it this week to 25 or less a day. If you like to cook and can take a look at people's cookbooks and favorite meals here you'll get a ton of ideas to keep the menus varied (which is MEGA important when sticking with very low carb).
