I just had this last night, without the hummus/condiment and herbs but with onions. I like how you put your eggs and mushrooms together better. I'll do it that way next time. Thanks!

Yeah, but its very important to cook them separately, I used to put mushrooms in the pan first and then just pour scrambled eggs on top, and it was kinda nasty😂
