Woke up and decided it would be a good day! Instead of the powder shake for breakfast, I thought I'd try something a little different... a couple of pieces of SunMaid raisin toast (dry), 1 ounce of raw almonds, two (small) fresh (just off the tree) and 12 ounces of nonfat milk! Sounds like a perfect breakfast! Then I wrote everything down: 643 calories! OMG! Looks like this is going to be a lettuce and tomatoe day with Walden Farms dressing (0 cal, 0 carb - not too bad a taste either)! On a totally off the wall note: Why does the spell checker in Fat Secret insist that tomatoe is tomato? I think I'm glad Fat Secret is not able to see which direction I install the TP roll in the bathroom! (HA HA!)
I WANT TO EAT THREE LARGE PIZZA HUT MEAT LOVER'S PIZZAS! There, I got it out of my system.. now, where did I put that snack bag of carob chips! Later friends...
Okay.. 689 calories! (Four slices of SunMaid raisin bread toast) - even worse! Carob chip anyone? (sigh)... I'm going to go drink a glass of water!
