RealtorJerryCook's Journal, 06 Jun 20

Yesterday my wife and I went to dinner, Nice Mexican restaurant. Happy Hour with $10.00 margarita's (as big as a house boat!) Had 3 tacos, fish, shrimp, and stead, Rice-beans-chips.
Today I have been absolutely lethargic. the lower back is tight as a garage door spring, and I have zero energy.
I wonder if the connection is with yesterdays dinner? As I have done food tracking before I am pretty sure it is.
Today, food has been simple, clean, well except for maple donut wife brought me, and home made.
No energy sucks. Lower back pain makes it worse. Not playing with grandkids is sad. Thus the motivation no know what makes me go, and what stops me in my tracks. Mexican food, I love it. but it just messed my day up.
