Started this journey on Feb. 4th... almost exactly 4 months ago. So proud of the hard work and consistency I’ve put into this. Down 36lbs in those 4 months!
83.6 kg Lost so far: 16.3 kg.    Still to go: 6.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
