斷食90h後的第一餐☺️
#四物雞湯 #香煎草魚片 #微波鵝油香蔥芥蘭菜 #蒜蓉茄子🍆
芥蘭菜有點多😅因為斷食好幾天忘記他的存在所以兩把一起微波,看樣子是吃不完😂
斷食有斷食的好處,不一定不好的,很多人會覺得這樣不健康,其實偶爾的斷食對身體帶來的好處很多!
我也只是偶爾斷久一點,不是每天這樣哦!如果要斷食一定要先去了解才可以這樣做!
✔️減肥只是斷食的附加作用而已😆
✔️這次斷食90h體重直接掉3kg,水一樣每天喝9500🐃
✔️斷食期間只喝水、黑咖啡、無糖茶、一些玫瑰鹽
