This is strange... for the past two days, i havent felt hungry at all. I had to force myself to eat my RDI's worth of calories. and today... i just ate breakfast and im STILL FULL.

went to the grocery store and got me some Raisin Bran ( which i take out all the raisins from!) and Special K cereals. Also got me some FIberPlus snack bars and trail mix snack bars to munch on when i get the cravings.

i got some frozen ground beef patties.... i need to eat more protein but i wonder if there is a lower fat way to cook these....
