I lost about 50lbs on atkins. Then I fell off the wagon and gained 30lbs back. Im determined not to let this happen again. I want to start trying for a baby but my cycle is completely messed up from the weight gain. I'm afraid if I don't lose a considerable amount of weight, I will never get pregnant.
