Well gonna hit the road with my husband tonight so you guys keep up your good work and keep trying. Even though my thyroid is way beyond low right now I'm gonna keep trying. Being on the truck makes it a little easier cause we try and not buy in the truck stops cause it is so expensive . So keep trying and I will catch up when I can.

Be safe and good for you that you can plan ahead for what to eat in the truck. Pack some fruits and veggies to munch on. You can eat a lot of that without adding too much to the calorie count.
