Basovi.. bagus lah yank .. dripada laperan mulu😆😆dlu aq jg klo makan 500 kbawah calorinya perhari.. tpi sekarang g sih.. krna udh clean food buat diet itu berbagai macam resep dan enak” jg,. Trus skrng makan hmpir 1000an mulu.. tpi happynya bb ttep turun trus..
