Getting full quicker now and able to consume less calories without it being a ‘thing’. I just don’t need it and curbed the snacking.

Now also noticing how foods make me feel and affect my GERD. Enjoying the progress!

You absolutely will Ali! It becomes the new norm with repetition and your body will adjust- it already is adjusting!
