Have any of you out there ever tried the pill ACE? I have some neighbors and family members that are now using this, and are seeing some pretty good results. I have to say I have always been against taking any type of pill for weight loss unless it was of the vitamin type, but this has DEF. caught my attention.......any pros or cons out there on this ACE stuff???? Thanks :)

Not heard of them before myself hun... but just googled "pill ACE" and there's quite a bit of stuff on peoples experiences with them. Some also not so good and others saying they just mainly contain caffeine and saying that they are a waste of money. So maybe definitely worth reading more around the internet. Someone on one site gave the following for A.C.E. Ingredients: Vitamin B6, Cocoa Powder, Chromium, Spirulina, Green Tea Extract, Geranium Flower, Natural Sourced Caffeine. Don't know much about all these other than Green Tea is meant to help speed up metabolism and I know I've read somewhere that it's meant to be especially recommended before doing exercise. Hope you can find some more info out though. :)

Thanks for the info. Moonlite! I am going to dig deeper and see what I can find ;) I am trying to make myself remember that I lost all that weight before, not taking ANY meds.......so I should be able to loose this weight that I have put back on without any too LOL! Having a hard time getting back on track. Don't really understand how something like weight gain can run my emotions so much, and yet I still can't seem to get over that first hump. I'm gonna keep trying though!! :) Thanks so much for your help :) Have a great week!

Aww, indeed... I'm sure we can all make progres by sticking with healthy eating. The first hurdle is definitely the hardest... I keep reminding myself of something I read back along and it is so true: "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step." ~ Lao-tzu. I know for me, once you can begin that journey and get in the right mindset... it gets easier along the way. Do you log your food? I've been doing that with a couple of mobile phone apps and I've been finding that helps too. You have a great week too hun! :)
