OK...I really need to do this. I’ve been in the, I will start Monday or tomorrow phase. For how long ... forever! So, just found the FS APP. Yeah, I’ve been gone awhile. Tomorrow morning I will weigh in. And, try to get my head screwed on straight to try to lose this weight.
