I was a college athlete and after university I turned to anorexia & bulimia to keep my weight down. I hid it well for 17 years; not even my husband knew.

In 2017, I finally decided I needed to get help. 2 years of counseling and fighting through depression and I emerged in a MUCH better place mentally.

However, a decade and a half of starving myself, my body was in a constant state of starvation so once the purging and restriction were gone, my body held tight to every single calorie and my metabolism was shot. So, I’m setting my goal to lose 85 lbs in a healthy, sustainable way. 👏🏻👏🏻
