I was 248.0 on Monday and 247.4 yesterday and now 246.0 today.

I'm not going to complain about big losses but I wonder if it's water weight again since I wasn't consuming as much last wk and have upped my consumption again since about Sunday.

Whenever I am stalled the first thing I do is see if I am drinking the amount of water that I should. If not then I focus on getting the water in. I like to view increased water as the vehicle to release the fat. It may not be logical or scientific but I know every time that I have increased my water and the other parts of the equation (of my way of eating) are in place I start losing again. So some of it may be water but I bet that some is also fat.
