Soooo...I've never had to diet before and I'm a little freaked out about it. This calorie counting gig is more difficult than I thought it would be and it's so hard to be disciplined. I've come to the realization that I will need to give up my morning Latte's as I'm sure those have contributed to at least 15 pounds of the gut & butt I've gained.

Tomorrow's goal: Trade my beloved Starbucks for a healthy breakfast, boiled egg, whole wheat toast w/fruit spread and hot tea.
