Another pound! Yay! Sometimes I feel like I'm not doing good even though I am under calories for the day. I need to drink more water. Are there any tricks? Ugh. Anyways I'm sick of my elliptical so Nathan and I went for a bike ride last night (me walking). I wish I had a bike. So glad its nice out again to get outside!
