Really not been a very good time for me these days... I tend to nibble a spoonful of this, a few of those. My calorie journal may reflect low calories, but it's not accurate, for all the nibbling.

If anything, FS has taught me through its calorie counting that the food I've been eating, all though good for me, is still very high on the caloric range. (nuts, avocado, lentils) No wonder I haven't been losing weight despite eating healthy. It's only through calorie counting that I discovered the extent of the high caloric range. Good Grief!!!

Tomorrow is another day to perfect myself and my relationship with food.

i loved calorie counting. i cant wait until i'm doing it to maintain. nutrtious is good. i just remember in order for me to lose weight, i could only eat up to 70 g of carbs per day. more than 100 caused weight gain for me. keep it up!
