Okay I cannot believe that I am within 8lbs of weighing the lowest weight I achieved on weight watchers! and it took me a year to get there on weight watchers, and it's been 3 months on Atkins...

It amazes me how fast this is working. The drops in the scale that I would get weekly on WW I am getting daily on Atkins! It is keeping me motivated!!

OMG we have the same story!!! LOL...I did weight watchers for almost an entire year, and now going on 3.5 months on Atkins--back to the lowest weight I was after all the watching of weight. Keep up the good work!
