I’m so happy with how I’m progressing. From weighing 75.5kg in January to now! I’m looking and feeling great🥵 simply by cutting out sugar (my treat is lint dark chocolate) and eating one main meal a day whilst snacking on fruit throughout the day! Sports-wise I walk 3km every morning, I horse ride 4 times a week and I’m following Chloe tings program!
65.2 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
