well, yesterday I was invited to a wine and cheese. I knew that the diet was going to go on the wayside, and boy did it.

but I'm back this morning and have NO SOCIALS for awhile, so things should be calm in the eating dept.

It did have a positive impact. I was asked to bring cut up veggies, which I did. I think from now on, I'll keep cut up veggies in my own fridge at all times. And when I want to niblle, the veggies will be there, instead of fruit that contain too much sugar. (mrspackrat is right, my meals are too hyperglycemic) I just don't like veggies on their own If I can find a light dip that is healthy and hypocaloric, that would be great. So, I pledge to be really 'good' this week in my eating.
