Time yet again to try and get back on track. Gonna start logging calories again, that seems to be literally the only thing that works. Not feeling so hot, Aunt Flow has reared her nasty head again, so I'm not up to par, but it's time. Time to take my breaks again and walk, time to start jogging again. Time to start caring about myself again. I guess I gave up because I had simply stopped caring. Enough is enough. I read something this morning - Those who never fail are those who never try. I agree. And now is the time. NO excuses. NO more lying to myself. NO more blaming someone else. NO more skinny girl in a fat girl body. It's time to let her out.
