Good luck - I can't seem to fast without getting low blood sugar and losing my mind...

Yikes, my 500 cal fast already busted. It's two pm, maybe I should go to bed for the rest of the day!!! You're right, I was going nuts for carbs and grabbed one apple. Sometimes I wonder why food is such an issue with me! If I don't obsess about it, I don't lose weight! If I obsess about it... we'll it's tiresome. Why can't I have breakfast, lunch and supper, close the fridge door and Bob's your uncle. This is only venting, don't feel you have to answer... : - )

Well, vent away but I just can't get behind any diet that won't let you have an apple.. of all choices of carb craving satisfaction it think it was a wise choice. But if you want to use it as a reason to go to bed, by all means, slumber on :-) I could use a nap right now too but I'm out of apples... I do have some fresh cherries ... will those work, LOL?
