wow - Bought the Sprouted Rice and Quinoa Blend, organic, non gmo, I don't how how something so healthy can pack so many calories - 170 for 1/4 cup. It was also very expensive $10 for 1.36Kg.

Good calories though - quinoa is worth the calories. I like to chill it after cooking then mix it into a fresh salad of tomatoes, squash and zucchini.
