Happy Day everyone...My official weigh-in day. 1 1b. down. Closing in on my goal, but the last 10 lbs. is going to be tough. Really want to enter maintenance in the worse way. At least, I see the green on my weight loss chart. My total weight loss so far was somewhere around 55 lbs. I definitely feel better and am able to do things I haven't been able to do in years. Some benefits I have noticed: 1. My stamina has increased. I can jog and ride a bike for miles. 2. I quit loosing my breath while I was sleeping. 3. I look and feel better. 4. I can get into size 34 jeans. 5. I can see my feet when I look down. 6. I have saved money on food and eating out as I eat less. 7. I have received complements on the loss. 8. My joints quit hurting (especially my knees). 9. My mind is sharper. 10. I don't feel sluggish.
There are others, but it is all a result of Fatsecret member support, eating healthier and smaller portions, exercising regularly, making sure I always consume less calories than I burn, etc. For those starting the journey and those who are still on it (such as myself), have fun. Good things await us all.
