I don't even dare to weigh in this morning... yesterday was bad, bad, bad... I joined someone to celebrate their 40th...and had way too much wine.

Today is the 5:2 fast day. (looking forward to it actually)

My problem is that many of my social activities revolve around wine and food instead of sports and activity. I've got to make it my mission to lose this weight....
