I'm so hungry and tired lately that my goal has switched from losing weight to just not gaining weight.

Seriously. Ravenous and exhausted.
And really sick of it.

Edit: No I mean seriously exhausted like I sleep for 8-10 hours at night, wake up for a few hours, and am already tired again.

I feel like I could fall asleep right now, and there is NO WAY I will be able to stay awake until bedtime tonight.

I'll take a nap and then I'll be back in bed tonight.

I've been going to bed at like 6:30 - 7:00 lately too.

I don't know what's going on with me.

But the hunger is almost as severe as the exhaustion, I eat healthy, I'll eat a lot of healthy food, and I keep eating, and I think okay maybe I need some junk food maybe that will fill me up, so I'll eat ice cream or something, and I'm still hungry,
to the point that I can eat until I feel like I need to THROW UP and only then am I satisfied and that's not even a comfortable feeling at all, I just am so hungry.

It's ridiculous I don't know what's wrong with me right now.

Boy, do I understand! I've been the same way. But we gotta hang in there or we will never reach our goals!

I know that I seem to get like that too. Eat some of the weight watcher soup, raw veggies, high fiber cereal. Something to "fill" up that hole. Sometimes we just want to eat. Not even because we are hungry. Maybe you are lonely. I know I eat for that reason a lot. I give myself permission to feel down, and eat things that are 1 or no points to help. I was off track for so long that I almost gave up. Last week I got back on.

Don't know what to say. However, items like processed/refined sugar foods will definitely give you a false sense of hunger and then cause you to be excessively tired afterwards. It's good that you eat a lot of healthy foods even if you don't feel full. That's a whole lot better than doing junk foods. How about trying something different w/your eating habits...like not trying to get full? That's what I had to do. I don't eat to get full...BUT I almost eat constantly throughout the day. Small portions though. So for example; 8:30am my breakfast will be oatmeal & fruit. At 10am I'm munching on some trail mix, 11am I'm eating a couple of plums, 12noon I eat part of my lunch. 2pm I'll eat a bag of raw nuts, 3:30 I'm eating the leftover from lunch, 5pm I'm eating another piece of fruit. 6-7:30pm I'm working out. 8pm is dinner, 9pm is another piece of fruit. But this may not work for everybody because we're all made different. But give it a try and see if it works for you. Also, could there be some anxiety in your life? Anxiety can sometime trigger the hunger urge. I wish you well buddy

When you are very hungry ask your body what it wants. Then take one portion of what ever that food is and savor it. I mean really slowly slowly eat what ever it is. Roll it in your mouth, chew it slowly (20 times) and taste it. I find when I am ravenous like that this helps immensely. It does not matter what food you eat if you eat what you really do not want "just to fill the hole" you will not be satisfied. You may as well eat what you really really want because eventually you end up eating that and then some otherwise. :)
