Last night at the Y- did 30 min on a machine like eliptical, wider legs and then was 10 min into weights when the kids zone paged me, baby threw up-ick. shes fine. I had wanted to use the assisted pull up machine again but some guy was hogging it. I did two arm machine twice and used free weights for some triceps once and he was still on it. there's always friday .or on my lunch tomorrow,
got up and did shoulders and arms which should've been yesterday and decided to put yoga on sunday. and then I won't be short any work outs this week.
I don't see an extreme difference in me and I am susposed to be on week 10(calling it 10)but after the first month I had a hard time sticking totally with the plan-diet and exercise, I am only down 6lb, and last time I used the fat machine it said down 3.5%fat and forgot how many inches. I do see changes and my clothes fit differently but disappointed thinking what if I had been more decicated. I thought about startign over but will finish this one out- record stats and give myself a recovery week and move on to classics or doubles but using the gym on my lunch several times a week again. I am way too hard on myself though and need to work on that as well
