Did my pushups sets like this today:
15, 15, 15, 15, 20, 20, 15.
115 total.
Felt totally weak, no idea why I couldn't do more than that in a set, I felt like I really had to push myself to even get to 20, and my muscles feel sore afterward which hasn't happened since week one.
Very strange considering I was doing 30 in a set before and could do sets like 30, 20, 20, 21, 21.
So yeah, no idea.
Maybe it also has something to do with the fact that I've been so hungry and exhausted lately. I can't stop eating or sleeping, so obviously something is completely out of whack with me right now.
