I have been back on a diet/workout for the last two weeks and some days have not been so great and I am having a hard time sticking to the diet plan. I decided to try low carb and the first week I dropped 3 pounds and since then I am up and down ( mostly up ) in my weight. The reason why I stopped my diet last time was it was just not getting anywhere and I just said screw it and I will be happy with my weight. Well if I am not working hard to lose the weight I am gaining. There is no maintaining for me. Last time I lost weight I was at it for over a year and a half and through blood, sweat, and many tears I lost 15 pounds. My problem is I KNOW this is how my body runs and I am having a hard time sticking to something because it takes forever to get any kind of results. Wish I could find a "diet" that would work fast for me. I don't mean lose 15 pounds a week I just want 1 pound a week. What is normal weight loss is all I ask.
