I actually have no idea how many carbs I had for dinner tonight since I was eating authentic Sczechuan. I looked online but found no nutrition information for any of it. I did not eat rice and stuck to mostly the meat from the dishes. I also ordered my dish cooked with minimal cornstarch, it was pretty liquidy (if that's a word), so I think they did as I asked. I also had a clear soup that had chicken and pickled vegetables. It was very light and delicious. THE best food I had tonight was Pork Intestines with Dry Peppers! It looked like it was stir fried in some spicy oil. It was So good, I could have eaten the whole dish myself! Anyway, I cant update my food log. We will see if damage was done when I get home tomorrow.
