I am happy to log that my body is actually starting to crave something other then chocolate and more chocolate. The last 24-36 hours or so I have been craving apples like mad.
I am talking raw, crisp, juicy darlings. Usually I dust them with cinnamon and I dip them into 1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter. I find that I need to eat my raw apples with "something" else, if I do not I feel more painful hunger after eating them then before I ate them. I think I will eat an apple tomorrow with a cheese wedge or baby belle. I know its not the peanut butter I am craving, its the apple, as I had breakfast with an apple today and that was great.
I am feeling really great the last couple of days. My over all well being is bright and cheerful and I can see that its rubbing off on random people. However I do still loose my patience with the kids too easily. I hope to fix that.
