the stupid dvd player in the exercise room decided to mess up on me today so no shoulders and arms today. I would've done it in the living room but my olddest was asleep on the couch. Wednesday I always go to the Y whille my youngest boy has rangers so will get in a workout just not p90x. Will do abs this evening though.

Yuck to your DVD player. I know that's frustrating....I did shoulders and arms today. Are we on the same schedule? By the way, if I need the living room in the morning and a child is on the sofa, I make them go to my bed for the duration. It happens alot. :)
