Scales was up a whole .2 so I not to worry. Just an everyday fluctuation. Feeling a little better about myself again which helps. New motivation to keep weight off is due the condition of my lower back and neck. Extra weight will make me unstable a lot quicker. I know it will happen later in my life but why make it happen sooner. I want to spend a lot of time with my gorgeous grandchildren and family.
Still trying to hold at 1500 calories a day or less. I would really have to struggle to go much lower. Not much willpower here. I certainly had the willpower when I started LAWL and went to the center weekly. I have to use my bathroom scale and mirror to motivate me now. HA!! That mirror certainly has had a lot to say to me lately.
