OK SO fell off alittle and last week only got in 3x of p90x. husband got deployed,little guy got sick and than baby got sick so didn't eat all that great either but good news is didn't gain any weight.
I'm back at it now. Week 9 Monday I did back and legs, I don't know why but at the 9 week it drops legs dvd but didn't want to do chest and back. And today I did kenpo instead of cardio x because I haven't been able to do saterday for the last 2 and kenpo is my favorite. Tommorrow will do what the schedule tells me too
Have come to realize one round is not going to be enough so after this go around is over I will move on to the classic or the doubles with going to the gym again instead of doing cardi x every night. Hopefully no set backs for these last 5 weeks. I did over a week in there too. Being a busy working mom and staying dedicted is harder than I thought but love the results I have seen even so
