Overslept for the past two days and unable to go swimming. Think it must be the light getting less in the mornings now that autumn is officially here. Must set alarm in future. Will walk this morning instead. Have cut down on the amount of fruit I eat and this has gummed up the works and things are not moving as they should.
UPDATE
Well walking didn't happen but I mowed the verges outside our cottage. Not an easy job because the combines and balers are so wide and our lane so narrow that the verges are now pitted with holes from the tread on the wheels and after all the rain..... Took me 1.5 hours and the sweat flowed and the feet got muddy!
