1.櫛瓜刨成條狀,用少許鹽巴醃製出水,倒掉多餘水分
2.蝦仁或是大蝦用奶油先炒香撈起
3.蒜頭爆香加入紅蘿蔔(刨絲),香菇或是蛤蜊(想加的海鮮都可加入)昨天因為我家蛤蜊還在吐沙,就沒上桌了,加入少許鰹魚風味調味,最後加入櫛瓜拌炒(因為櫛瓜已先用鹽醃製,不用再加鹽巴了)最後加入少許稀釋過的鮮奶油,撈起擺盤,把鮮蝦擺置適當位置,搞定
